The Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) mission is a Solar Terrestrial Probes Program mission within NASA's Heliophysics Division. The MMS3 mission, consisting of an instrumented spacecraft, will use Earth's magnetosphere as a laboratory to study magnetic reconnection.
